Final WWCR - A picture is worth a thousand words

My sister and brother-in-law visited us for our last weekend in Wisconsin, so we gave them the difficult task of choosing our final cheese of the summer. It was so fun to watch them going around and around the cheese display looking at each cheese and trying to decide. They finally narrowed it down to 3 choices and then picked a number to choose from there. The winner...
Brick Cheese...with a special sticker reading "Aged for extra flavor". Sounds fancy eh?
How did it rate? A picture is worth a thousand words... Lesson learned? "Aged for extra flavor" equals REALLY stinky. I think the actual taste of the cheese was pretty good, but it was difficult to enjoy because it has to pass very close to your nose in order to put it in your mouth.
What a fun experience. Thanks Blake and Shonna!

The cheese looks pretty tasty with those crackers. I will miss your WWCR's maybe you better think of something in Provo to review every Wednesday. What is Provo famous for anyway??

Amen to the stinky part! Whew, that was STINKY! I'll agree that the flavor was pretty good, but that smell was mighty hard to get over.
